Worship

Our theology of worship is based on John 4:23 where Jesus tells the woman, “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.”

Through this passage of scripture we learn that God is looking for passionate (spirit), authentic (true) worship that is relevant to today (now). Through the exaltation and magnification of the Triune God, worship becomes a time where our head knowledge of God moves into residence in our heart, creating opportunities for lives to be changed by salvation, deliverance and healing through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Worship is a lifestyle, not an event. People cannot drink sparingly from the well of worship once a week and maintain spiritual emotional health. Therefore we encourage all people to live in an attitude of worship at all times.
